At Coatex, we cut and we weld pond liners for water reservoirs, used in the construction of recreational ponds and industrial reservoirs, cultivating beds and dams, for customers worldwide.

Calendering is a process where polymers pass between rollers at high temperatures under high pressure to obtain a flat film. Our calandering line within the Sioen Industries Group, produces pondliners in different thicknesses, always on a 200 cm width. There is no risk for fish intoxication and it offers resistance against root penetration. We offer 0,46 till 1,5 mm thick material.

Rolls

Rolls are available in different standard widths 2, 4, 6 & 8m, wider widths on demand

Prepacks

Prepacks are off-the-shelf products, available in different dimensions, packed in a solid PE bag, with possibility of adding your personalized insert. In addition to the prepacked foils , we also produce and supply non woven underlayers, prepacked or on roll.
